What it does

Bring daily health signals and meal context into a more connected wellness reflection.

How it works

  1. Step 1Allow chosen data

The user authorizes access and can provide meal context.

  2. Step 2See daily patterns

Records are organized into days and compared with personal history where available.

  3. Step 3Form the summary

The brief service prepares selected context for a constrained wellness summary.

  4. Step 4Review the day

The app presents the resulting context while retaining missing-data and service states.
